Despite the comfortable and well-presented rooms, my stay was hindered by the small size and lack of air conditioning. The service was a mix of pleasant interactions and some unfriendly encounters. The hotel's phenomenal location was a major highlight, offering easy access to Brighton's attractions, although some issues with facilities were noted. The dining experience featured a fantastic array of delicious food, despite the presence of a stressed-out staff member.

6.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was unbeatable, right next to the seafront and close to the lively bars of Brighton. The room, unfortunately, faced a noisy alley used by club-goers, but the price was reasonable for the beautiful location.

Rooms
6.0
The room was above the restaurant on the first floor, but facing the balcony of the nightclub next door. It was noisy due to club-goers using the alley, and we had to keep the windows shut most of the time.
Service
5.0
The service was a mixed bag. While some staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, others were not welcoming at all and even made derogatory remarks towards us.
Location

The hotel's location was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the seafront with stunning views of the Pier and the Lanes just a short walk away. However, being right next to the seafront meant it could be lively at night.
Dining

The dining experience was generally good, with delicious meals, especially the vegetarian cooked breakfast. However, there were some inconsistencies with the quality, such as hard pancakes on the second day.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent overall, although nothing particularly stood out during my stay.
